Julian Chevallier is a member of the Paris Bar and joined Villechenon in September 2021 after several experiences in law firms specialised in private equity and mergers & acquisitions, as well as in the legal department of a major investment fund.

He holds a Master II in Business Law and Tax from the University of Bordeaux, a Diploma as a Company Legal Advisor (DJCE) from the University of Bordeaux, and a Certificate of specialized studies in Corporate Law from the University of Montpellier.

He assists his clients in French and English.
